General Policy
Due to the unique and valuable nature of fine jewellery, gemstones and bespoke creations, all return requests are subject to individual review.
Bespoke Creations
Custom-made, personalised or bespoke pieces are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Condition of Returned Items
Returned items must be received in their original condition, including:
- Original gemstones
- Original settings
- Original packaging
- Any accompanying certificates or documentation
Inspection Procedure
All returned items are carefully inspected by qualified professionals.
If an item has been altered, damaged, modified, resized, repaired, or if any gemstone has been replaced or tampered with, the return request will be rejected.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe following inspection and approval.
Shipping, insurance and transaction costs may not be refundable.
Right to Refuse
Wolkow Monaco reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with this policy.
