These Terms & Conditions govern the use of this website and the purchase of jewellery, gemstones and bespoke creations presented through Wolkow Monaco.

By using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

  1. PRODUCTS

Wolkow Monaco presents a curated selection of fine jewellery, natural gemstones and bespoke creations.

Due to the unique nature of precious stones and handcrafted jewellery, slight variations in colour, dimensions, weight or appearance may occur.

All photographs are provided for illustrative purposes only and are not contractually binding.

  1. AVAILABILITY

Certain pieces presented on the website may be sold, reserved or otherwise unavailable at the time of enquiry.

Availability must be confirmed prior to any purchase.

Wolkow Monaco reserves the right to withdraw or modify any item without prior notice.

  1. PRICING

All prices displayed on the website are expressed in Euros (€).

Selected exceptional pieces may be presented as “Price Upon Request”.

Prices may be modified without prior notice.

  1. ORDERS & PAYMENT

All purchases are subject to confirmation and acceptance.

Ownership of any item remains with the seller until full payment has been received and cleared.

Payment instructions will be provided during the purchasing process.

  1. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Items may be delivered within Monaco, Europe and selected international destinations.

All shipments are securely packaged, insured and require a signature upon delivery.

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs procedures, transportation delays or circumstances beyond our control.

  1. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Bespoke, customised or made-to-order creations are non-refundable and non-returnable.

For eligible items, return requests must be submitted within fourteen (14) days of delivery.

Returned jewellery must be in its original condition, unworn, unaltered and accompanied by its original packaging and documentation.

All returned items will undergo a professional inspection before any refund is approved.

Any item showing signs of alteration, modification, stone replacement, tampering or damage may be refused and will not qualify for a refund.

  1. NATURAL GEMSTONES

Natural gemstones may display inclusions, colour variations and individual characteristics that are part of their natural beauty and authenticity.

Such characteristics shall not be considered defects.

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Wolkow Monaco shall not be liable for delays, losses or damages resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including shipping disruptions, customs procedures or force majeure events.

  1. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the Principality of Monaco.

Any dispute arising from the use of this website or the purchase of products shall be subject to the competent courts of Monaco.
